Thank you once again for your purchase. As a Redrock customer, you have access to a number of useful resources. We want you to have access to all of them, so please follow the steps below!

I. View Setup Tutorials and Guides

Click here, then select your Redrock product.

II. Gain Private Support Forum Access

The Support Forums at redrockmicro.com/forum are hidden for everyone but customers. Here is how you get access:

1) Register your username at www.redrockmicro.com/forum.

2) Email the username to access@redrockmicro.com with the subject line 'Redrock Customer Support Forum Access'.

3) We will add you to the private forums, usually within 24 hours. The support forums will appear below the public forums when you go to www.redrockmicro.com/forum.

4) If you are posting an issue to the forums, follow the guide make sure to include images of the issue and as much information about your camera, lenses, and settings as possible. We need this information to help you!

III. Share Your Work

As part of the Redrock community, we love it when everyone shares their experiences, tips, and results, and we really encourage you to participate.

The Sandbox forum is where you can upload clips and have the community assist you in getting the best footage out of your M2 adapter. Be sure to use a video format with a large format and image quality (such as H.264 and roughly 640x480 resolution). If you don't have a way to host your files online, upload your clip to www.vimeo.com.

The Redrock Theater forum is there for users to post their work. Upload your film to www.vimeo.com and post a thread in the forums.
