Here are more examples. This time the camera's lens was zoomed in to Z77 (Figure 3). As you can see, the viewer is free to let their eyes wander all over the screen. Figures 4 an 5 were shot with a 100mm lens mounted onto the Micro35. With the reduced DOF, the viewer can be led to either the motorcycle or bicycle.

When you come to a scene where you want the viewer to be free to look at the entire screen, you have that option as well. Figure 6 shows a frame grab straight off the camera lens. Figure 7 illustrates the longer DOF available on the 18mm lens. |
