Access Redrock support forums
Our private support forums are for all Redrock customers, should you ever have a question. If you haven't already, follow the directions to gain access to the private support forums:
1)
Register your username at www.redrockmicro.com/forum.
2) Email the username to access@redrockmicro.com with the subject line 'Redrock Customer Support Forum Access'.
3) We will add you to the private forums, usually within 24 hours. The support forums will appear below the public forums when you go to www.redrockmicro.com/forum.
Posting in the Support Forums
If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the forums or tutorials, please follow the below instructions.
1) If you haven't already, register for support forum access by following the above instructions.
2) Create a thread in the right forums. If you are unsure where you should place your thread, create the thread in 'M2 General Support and Troubleshooting'.
3) If your question relates to setup and calibration of your M2 and/or microX, copy and paste the following list of items and complete as part of your post. This will allow us to serve you more quickly:
a) a brief description of your issue
b) a profile picture of your rig
c) a still or brief clip showing the issue (preferably of a focus chart)
d) lens information:

iris setting:
e) camera information:
camera brand:
camera model:
zoom setting:

The Redrock staff will respond, typically within 48 hours during normal business hours.

Phone: You can contact us by phone between 8am and 5pm PST toll free at 1 888 214 3903. If no one is available to take the call, please leave a detailed message and contact information. We usually return voicemails within 24 hours. We are often on the phone with other customers so please take the time to leave a message - we'd love to hear from you.
