TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BUILD TO ORDER PROCESS Redrock Micro manufactures and delivers products on a "build to order" basis. This means we accept your order and require payment in full up front. Once we receive your payment, your order is placed in our build queue and we acquire parts and assemble your product(s). Once assembly is complete we ship the finished product(s) to you and provide you with an automated email including tracking number. This process allows us to deliver the best quality product at the lowest price possible. All our estimated product lead times are published, available, and regularly updated at http://www.redrockmicro.com/leadtimes.html In the event you order products with different lead times, the product with the longest lead time will determine the lead time for the total order. All products on one order will be shipped at the same time unless other arrangements have been made. Published, verbal, or otherwise stated ead times are estimates and provided for guidance only. Lead times do not constitute a express or implied commitment or obligation on the part of Redrock to deliver within that timeframe. PAYMENT We gladly except Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and any credit cards and electronic checks that PayPal accepts. Pre-payment: Especially for our international customers, we welcome payment in advance by money order, cashiers check or bank wire transfer. Please note that all checks must clear your bank account prior to shipping. Please ask us for instructions regarding bank wire transfers by sending an email to sales@redrockmicro.com. COD We do not accept COD orders. As a build-to-order system, you understand and agree you are charged in full and up front for the product(s) ordered. Once the system is assembled for you it will be shipped based on our current estimated lead times. Purchase Orders (POs): With prior approval from Redrock, POs with terms are gladly accepted from schools, government agencies, FCC licensed operators and major corporations. A hard copy of your purchase order is required. In ALL cases payment in full is required in advance of orders being shipped. RETURN POLICY Return of major electronic equipment items - including but not limited to the M2 adapter, microFollowFocus, microMatteBox, microShoulderMount, accessories, rods, rod support systems, adapters, and attire: All major equipment sales are final with exception of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise is eligible for exchange within 15 days from date of receipt/delivery. If item is found to be defective, customer will receive a direct exchange, suitable replacement (if item has become discontinued or unavailable), a repair, or in-house credit solely at the discretion of Redrock Micro. There are no refunds issued on any equipment items. Please note that the following items are not returnable or refundable for any reason: Shipping and handling charges, clothing, accessories.- A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be imposed on all non-defective merchandise. There is no restocking fee on the return of defective merchandise as Redrock determines. Redrock Micro reserves the right to charge additional restocking fees for merchandise returned in less than acceptable condition.- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Redrock Micro prior to returning any merchandise. Any product returned to Redrock Micro without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense and no credit will be issued. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only. Merchandise received beyond the 30 day period will not be credited and will only be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. - All returns must be shipped freight prepaid with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc.). Redrock Micro WILL NOT ISSUE CALL TAGS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER UNLESS WE MADE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER. For your own protection, we suggest shipping all returns fully insured and via traceable carrier. We will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit to us. - All returns will be credited based on the price paid on the invoice, or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any restocking fees. - All returns must include a copy of the Redrock Micro invoice, and a letter explaining the reason for return. - All non-defective returns must be in new, re-sellable condition with all original unmarked packaging, accessories, manuals and unmarked warranty cards. Items showing signs of misuse or abuse will not be accepted for credit. Please do not write or place labels on the original box unless received that way. - Redrock Micro reserves the right to have defective merchandise exchanged for replacement or repair. - Please allow up to 14 business days for Redrock Micro to process and credit your return. Actual time for credit to appear on bank card will vary from bank to bank. SHIPPING POLICY - All orders are shipped F.O.B. Dallas, TX unless other arrangements have been made. - Residential deliveries are subject to carrier residential delivery rates. - All freight charges are subject to carrier dimensional/oversized weight regulations. - Shipping fees are non-refundable. - Redrock pricing for products, shipping, and handling do not include any applicable import duties or taxes for countries outside the United States. All such duties, fees, or taxes are the sole responsibility of you the customer. - Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. SHIPPING LEAD TIMES - When there is a lead time indicated by our ordering system, this is an estimate of the lead time based on best available information. Actual lead times may be longer or shorter depending on manufacturing constraints and other conditions. Published lead times are for general guidance only, and do not constitute a contractual commitment or obligation on the part of Redrock Micro. - We always recommend the production schedules regarding Redrock products should only be made when the product in question is in your hands, tested, and works to your satisfaction ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION All orders are shipped requiring signature confirmation – this is to protect you and us. It is your responsibility to ensure you specify a shipping address where there is someone present and can sign for your package, or to contact Fedex and arrange for alternate delivery. In the event that your order is returned to because a signature confirmation was not obtained, you are responsible to pay for any subsequent shipping. Please contact us for current product pricing and availability. - We are not responsible for typographical errors, and are not obligated to honor incorrect prices due to typographical errors. - By placing an order, the customer accepts all business terms and policies stated herein.

WARRANTY

Redrock Microsystems LLC (REDROCK MICRO) warrants that its accessories, when installed in accordance with REDROCK MICRO installation instructions, will perform in accordance with the REDROCK MICRO specifications current as of the date of shipment, and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year on new accessories as defined below and one hundred eighty (180) days on repaired accessories and/or components. Specifically excluded from this Warranty is any physical damage caused by abuse, accident, or improper operation, and any lack of performance attributable to such abuse, accident, or improper operation, as determined by REDROCK MICRO. REDROCK MICRO shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of production time or money, regardless whether the accessory functioned properly or improperly for any reason, including those for which REDROCK MICRO bears liability under this Warranty. The one (1) year warranty period for new accessories shall be the one (1) year period beginning with the date of the accessories receipt by the customer, except that in no instance shall the warranty period extend beyond two (2) years from the date of shipment as established with the serial number as identified on the accessory, its date of manufacture and its date of shipment. Where an accessory consists of multiple components, the warranty period for all the components shall commence on the receipt date of the last component, providing that such date shall be no later than sixty (60) days from the earliest date of shipment of a component for the purchased accessory. For repaired or replaced accessories, the repaired or replaced component is warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects, and to perform its function in accord with REDROCK MICRO specifications for a period of thirty (30) days from its date of shipment, or its original new accessory Warranty period, whichever is the latter. All claims under this Warranty shall be immediately submitted to REDROCK MICRO in writing and are subject to confirmation by REDROCK MICRO. Should REDROCK MICRO deem it appropriate to return the accessory or a component thereof to an REDROCK MICRO-designated location, it will issue the Buyer a Return Material Authorization (RMA), which must accompany all returns. The returned accessory or component thereof shall remain the property of the Buyer who shall ship it freight prepaid to the designated REDROCK MICRO location with the RMA number clearly displayed on the packaging exterior and all accompanying paperwork. REDROCK MICRO, upon receipt and subsequent confirmation of a Warranty defect, at its sole option, shall repair or replace the accessory or its component and return it freight prepaid to the Buyer within thirty (30) days from date of its receipt. On other equipment such as a video camera and/or other peripheral equipment, its original manufacturer warrants such equipment separately, and warranty claims should be addressed to that respective manufacturer. At Redrock's discretion, Buyer may be responsible for shipping costs. This Warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties whatsoever, express, implied and statutory, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. The acceptance of any order with REDROCK MICRO is expressly made subject to the Buyer’s agreement to this Warranty.
