Introducing the Redrock Micro Revolution, a production-quality software-based field monitor that runs on your PC or Mac. Revolution is a full resolution field monitor that provides accurate framing, color, and viewing of your live DV or HDV video feeds. In addition Revolution can be used as a low cost “video village” for remote monitoring of video and audio.
Revolution also provides native support for Redrock Micro’s micro35 and M2 35mm cinema lens adapter by flipping the image 180 degrees in real-time. Revolution also provides a highly customizable experience with a completely skinnable user interface.
Revolution is a modular system that allows for future add-on Redrock applications such as a direct-to-disk recorder, frame capture, and audio recorder.
Pricing has not yet been set, but is expected to keep in the spirit of Redrock's commitment to the indie filmmaker community - great quality products at revolutionary prices.
