WHO IS REDROCK MICRO?

Redrock Micro was founded in 2000 with the mission of providing award-winning, high quality cinema accessories at extremely affordable prices. Our core focus has been serving independent filmmakers and owner/operators who need quality production equipment to own rather than rent.

We have since expanded our offerings to include anyone who desires to increase the production value of their projects with minimum cost . Through a unique business approach of direct-to-customer and build-to-order, Redrock delivers the quality and features of premium solutions at a fraction of the price. This approach is ideal for independent filmmakers, owners/operators, film educators and students, and budget-conscious moviemakers.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU MAKE?

At the heart of the Redrock family is the award-winning Redrock M2 Encore Cinema Lens adapter, which creates the shallow depth of field, angle of view, and focus techniques typically only found in 35mm motion pictures. Additional cinema accessories include the microFollowFocus, microMattebox, microSupport system, and microShoulderMount. All of our products can be found in our website at redrockmicro.com.


WILL THE M2 ENCORE FIT MY VIDEO CAMERA?

We focus our testing and certification of the M2 Encore primarily on consumer and prosumer format cameras. We also maintain a camera compatibility resource that can be found at this link.


WILL REDROCK PRODUCTS FIT MY VIDEO CAMERA?

In general Redrock products fit just about any camera. We focus our testing and certification primarily on consumer, prosumer, and ENG format cameras.


WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Redrock products are designed and produced in Texas, United States


WHERE CAN I ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS?

Redrock products are available primarily through our online store at store.redrockmicro.com (and also available through the Purchase menu from our home page). Redrock products are also available from select resellers worldwide.


WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FROM ORDER TO SHIPPING AND WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE ONE?

Currently the estimated lead time is always posted on our order page at this link. This “build to order” approach enables us to deliver a high quality adapter at such a revolutionary price. Please note this is an estimated delivery time - actual time may be shorter or longer depending on demand )often it is much shorter). We always encourage people to plan production schedules only when they have the adapter in hand, have tested it, and are comfortable with its operation. Please note that while we do everything we can to deliver in this timeframe (and we most often do) this is an estimated lead time; actual lead times may vary.


I WANT TO EVALUATE A PRODUCT BEFORE I BUY. WHAT DO I DO?

To deliver revolutionary gear at such a low price, our demonstrations and footage are primarily online and accessible via our website. We also exhibit at trade shows (such as NAB and Cinegear) and occasionally conduct “hands on” sessions. If you are interested in attending these, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter at redrockmicro.com to be informed of when these happen.

We do not have an evaluation program or demo units available. We encourage you to look at the sample footage, read reviews and articles, ask us questions, and speak to others in our forums that have direct experience with Redrock products. We continue to reach out to those who can give an objective review and publish it widely. Redrock also works with a select number of resellers worldwide who can also provide hands-on evaluations and demonstrations of Redrock equipment. We are sure you will be thrilled with Redrock cinema accessories.
