The Redrock DSLR 2.0 hybrid rigs are a new level of portability and lightweight for still and cinema-style shooting rigs. At the heart of this system is the unique patent-pending DSLR baseplate: a lightweight connector to connect the DSLR to 15mm rails as the backbone of any setup. The DSLR baseplate has set screws to eliminate camera rotation for using accessories such as the microFollowFocus. As a result, full size accessories are avoided, minimizing weight without sacrificing features.

'We don't really have the authority to hand out military ranks, but we're making an exception. Like Captains of other things (ships, space ships, industry), this rig goes where others wouldn't dare, and leads by example. The Stubling gets its name from its designer, DV Rebel and VFX guru Stu Maschwitz (www.prolost.com) T and the functionality of the design reflects Stu's philosphy on shooting - put the camera everywhere, stay light, and do it all yourself." The Captain Stubling builds off the UltraPort by incorporating the microFollowFocus for precise focus control, and moving one of the handgrips back on a 4" grip rod so the rig can be steadied in both hands while the thumb and forefinger of the left hand control focus.

Sometimes the shoot requires a little more direct connection with the eyeball and camera. For a more traditional shouldermount shooting style we offer the EyeSpy rigs. EyeSpy starts with the shoulderpad, 18" 15mm carbon fiber rods, and single rubberized handgrip from the popular microShoulderMount. We've added an additional rod extension to center the camera for viewfinder use, and topped it off with the DSLR baseplate, and microFinder loupe accessory. You can also select versions that include the microFollowFocus v2 and the microBalance counterbalance weights for added stability and ease of use

These bundle has been revised to include the most popular configuration of our field cinema bundle, and are used on professional shows such as Fox's House MD. The Deluxe bundle includes the microBalance Plus adjustable counterbalance weights, microHandle mounted to the main rails, and microFollowFocus v2. The STandard bundle is an affordable way to get started with the Field Cinema Bundle, removing the microHandle and microFollowFocus. The DSLR Cinema Bundle is the premier solution for true cinema-style features, weight, and stability. This bundle provides a full size microMatteBox and microFollowFocus, all designed to current cinema specifications. The microSupport cage provides protection and side rods for mounting, and the top microHandle delivers a convenient place to hold the rig, and use for low mode shooting (handle is attached to the cage for strength. It is not attached to the camera's hot shoe). These same accessories can be used with any video camera and even the Red Digital Cinema cameras with minor add-ons. The DSLR Cinema Bundle is perfect for anyone shooting primarily with tripod, and wants to emulate the film style results found in big screen motion pictures.

DSLR Baseplate	The foundation of any DSLR rig, the DSLR baseplate provides the connection from the camara to the rods, and sports the quick release clamp
microFinder loupe accessory	the microFInder loupe accessory allows you to firmly attach any compatible 3" loupe (such as the Hoodman Hoodloupe 3.0) onto the back of your DSLR's LCD for use as an optical viewfinder.
handlebar clamp	Attach handlebars (and eventually hand grips or other accessories) to your rig with the handlebar clamp. attaches via clamp for 2 15mm rods (60mm spacing). Handlebars are chosen separately and come in different lengths
handlebar rod 4"	Attaches to the handlebar clamp and extends a 4" 15mm rod for attaching hand grips or other accessories.

Shoulderpad	the shoulderpad connects to s 15mm rods and provides a stable, padded platform to rest your rig on your shoulder. Typically used with handlebar, grips, and longer 15mm rods. a microPod with microWeights makes an excellent addition to this type of rig for counterbalance.
microHandGrip	Comfortable, rubberized handgrip that attaches to any 15mm rod,such as the handlebar rod or grip rod.

microBalance counterbalance weights	A solid block of machined metal that attaches to a microPod (see above) to provide weighted counterbalance for rigs that are shoulder-mounted. microWeights can be stacked in any combination, and are securely screwed together.
microShouldermount offset kit	a microLink plus 9" 15mm rod that allows you to offset the shouldermount rails so your camera is aligned directly in front of your face for easy viewfinder use.
microLink	A connector that attaches 3 15mm rods in parallel. Is most often usedin combination with an additional 15mm rod on a shouldermount setup for placing the rig directly in front so you can use the eyepiece of the camera.
